Arrogant rude employee who does M&Q. Offered NO information on the product NO options and NO people skills. Insanely over priced compared to the direct competition. Three quotes all at the $1.5k price range ... Wynstan = $5k plus !!! Moral of the story get multiple quotes !! These guys are just cow boys ripping off the unassuming ! What a waste of time.
Brendan came a few days after initial contact and went through options and pricing to assist me with my decision of verishades for 3 windows. Daniel expertly fitted them when ready which was very quick turn around. From my initial phone conversation through to completion Wynstan were prompt friendly professional and put me at ease with the process. I would definately recommend Wynston as the company to choose for all your window needs.
Visited Wynstan in Blackburn, on a Friday. With a cancellation, Brendan was able to come out & give us a quote for the Crimsafe double front door, the next morning. We placed the order, after the consultation. We were pleasantly surprised that our Crimsafe doors were ready in 2-weeks, though given lead-time was 4-6 weeks. Bruce Lee did the installation of the doors, efficiently. All-in the overall experience with Wystan, is a 10/10 for the whole process.
