Honestly just go with anyone else, it took 4 months to get a single fly screen door, it got delayed, then they delivered the wrong one and then tried to blame me for that before then taking another 6 weeks and we are still waiting, we have had almost zero communication from them, some were nice but mostly when I called they were pretty un helpful, honestly a horrible experience.
I would like to say, I am not always so keen to write a review, BUT how could I not. !!!!! The installer assigned to my Wynstan Edgecliff blind installation was Garrath. Garrath was ABSOLUTELY excellent. From start to finish his combination of his work , professionalism, communication and manner , coupled with his actual skill to do the job accurately was flawless!!!!!! Ordered 3 x screen doors in August 2024 for installation prior to summer. Check measures x 2 in around October 2024, with installation of the frame for one of the doors. In November 2024 was told the Black Friday rush meant doors wouldn't be installed prior to Christmas. Installation booked for today (23 January 2025) but when they arrived to install it appears that at the initial quote and the 2 check measures no one noticed that the two other doors will either need internal framing or a pleated fly screen so they cannot in... read more
Wynstan Edgecliff branch is a disgrace! I have used wynstan from central coast and I cannot find any fault. On the other hand, wynstan edgecliff has been a disappointment! I paid my down payment in early September 2024, it is over 3 months and I still don't have the blinds!
