Had 4 VariShades installed today by Tom. This can be a short review as everything he did was 11 out of 10. Exceeded expectations - on time arrival, polite, installation was neat, no mess and finished exactly at the time promised. Peter K
Initial contact was helpful and measure for a dutch canopy done quickly. Had to wait a while as canopy was custom made at Yenora factory in Sydney. Communication problems were eventually solved and then canopy was installed on the given day. Very happy with the end result.
Unable to write a review of Wynstan products as yet, as still waiting to receive a response from anyone at the Warilla showroom re the fitting of an awning despite numerous texts and voice mails sent to James and two personal visits to the Warilla showroom. How hard is it to tap 10 numbers on a phone? There is no customer service and would not recommend this branch of Wynstan to anyone. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. We paid in full for security doors and a large awning and were told the awning would be installed last. Strangely, the awning was ready fairly quickly — but the security doors were nowhere to be seen. After waiting around eight weeks with no update, we contacted the company, only to be told that our doors hadn’t even been ordered — because they forgot to come out for a second measure.
