Got crimsafe doors and they are rubbish quality. Flimsy doors, when we asked for them to come out to fix a warranty issue they had the nerve to charge $90 call out fee?! Don’t buy from Wynston, they sell you on the marketing of the doors but are rubbish quality
I have a crime safe door .and now it won’t lock 12months only on warranty it is just one month over 12m and the door want lock I rang they said 90 dollars plus parts and 3weeks waiting not very good when you are on a pension
chose this company due to the reviews and becauseof the promise that all 10 Crimsafe screen doors would be fitted by the end of Feb, they tried to fit today, a month after the promised date but all 10 doors had to be returned to the factory due to poor workmanship.I have called numerous times to complain and yet to receive a call from managementto explain or apologise, spent over $14k and am waiting to see what type of compensation they would like to offer. So disappointed overall.
Their retractable fly screen product is a bit of a joke—after minimal use, the tensioning support strings came at the bottom and started to jam the door up and it became completely unusable. But the real nightmare started when I tried to get it fixed. After having to pay for a service call, the technician showed up and assured us the issue was fixed. Wynstan Baulkham Hills has been an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Recently had our blinds and curtains installed and they are stunning! Paul who did the installation was extremely professional, quick and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better, stress-free service.
