Amazing result, Tina helped me so much over the phone and understood what happened, the urgency and also communicated everything so well! Phillip was such a huge help too when he came to assess the window, he was honest and so so helpful! And today when John and his team came over to install the blinds was so quick and perfectly installed even with my windows being so large. Perfect job, love the result! Will love to through the process again when we do the rest of the apartment :))

Extremely poor customer service from Baulkham Hills Wynstan. On installation, one of the blind pelmets was made too small, and the installer nevertheless took full payment, leaving the property without providing an invoice for full payment. I had to contact their customer service to obtain an invoice and a written undertaking to complete the job.
