Hi, As per my previous post... the frame is still attached and has not been removed. It's been affixed since January. It's been almost over 3 months now. Please reimburse all payment and remove the frame.
In October 2024 I obtained a quote for a screen door. Wynstan came to install the frame for the screendoor in early December 2024 however there was confusion regarding colour selection of the door and as a result I asked for the job to be cancelled and money refunded. After chasing up for roughly 2 months a refund of $600 was applied and $150 was kept as an admin fee.
