Avoid Wynstan – the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a new folding awning which took over four months to arrive, only to be installed with faulty fabric. After another month’s wait, the replacement finally arrived but this time the aluminium frame was all scratched, and the installation damaged our newly renovated home, It took almost a year for Wynstan to send someone to “repair” the damage, but they sent an unqualified handyman who made things worse. Great service... at the start. Ordered a crimsafe door and roller blinds in Feb, advised it would take 8 weeks due to delays and backlog. It's now 27 June and no install. Install organised on text for 30 May but was a no show. Calling every fortnight for updates and told contractor will arrange install but never received such call. Found out installer no longer works there and reassigned to someone else, still no call. Rang today and apparently there's an issue ??? Can't get refund so here I am.. stuck in limbo at their merc... read more

I wish I read the reviews of this company before deciding to book with them. We ordered five fly screens for our apartment. Here is our experience summed: 1. The man who came to measure fly screens, measured them incorrectly so after waiting 8 weeks for the fly screens to come, only two out of the five fit. 2. The man who came to install the fly screens said he would be Intouch tomorrow to organise a time for the correct fly screens to come.
