arrogant salesman we could stand but not the rubbishy, uneven stitching and fabric color variation on 3 blinds, being very noticeable. They offered to fix if blinds were taken away, but for how long must we be without blinds, good question ?? ? Then 6 mths later the powered blind electric motor or remote packed up. So not a good experience. Waiting for a service call at this point .......
I have worked in Services for 20 years and by far Wystan has the worst Customer Service department that I have ever dealt with in my life. I do no recommend Wynstan at all. Go elsewhere.
I was initially told the blinds would take 3 weeks. The guy who came to measure said he will try and fast track the job and then tried to sell me an electricity and phone deal. Customer service is a joke. I was bounced from one person to the other and eventually fobbed off. I was told an installer would phone me to arrange installation. They've given the job to an installer who does jobs out of the area so there are more delays as the installer is mostly working out of my area.
