The rating is reflective of the excellent service from David & Jay. Both of them were excellent in initial measurement service and installation respectively. A 5 star rating was not given due to the service from the office person who i found to be rude and had ignored our request for a tax invoice for the extra warranty application which we had to follow up.
Nick did an on-time efficient and tidy job of installing our shutters today. He explained options and answered any questions during check measure and install visits. Lovely guy and great job. Our shutters look fantastic. Thank you!
I had a flyscreen sliding door installed by Paul and was very happy with the result. As I was happy with the results, I later got roller blinds replaced in my living room. For the door, I had been quoted thousands more by one company and had been told it was not possible by another due to the non-standard size of my door (very tall). Darren was a great consultant and took us through our options. Mal installed the doors and fly screens. Both were very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend.
