I see doctor arun and what a outstanding doctor he makes you feel comfortable and can have a joke with you as a vetren he really makes me comfortable and treats me like a person not a number or a person to make money off all the staff are top qty more medical centres should be like this one and we would have less people feeling depressed after seeing a doctor I will not change medical centres as I have found the best thankto all the doctor here and thank you to all the receptionist staff 10 stars
Recieved a notice less than 24hrs before my appointment that a deposit was required, due to other commitments i was unable to provide this before i received another text 6hrs later advising my appointment was cancelled. When i called to check my call went unanswered. I believe the clinic did not handle this situation professionally or provide reasonable notice for me to meet their request.

As a patient of Dr Davood Karimian for numerous years, I am now forced to find another GP after 2 mistakes were made by management there. I paid for a telehealth appointment, then I was told 30 mins after my scheduled appointment that I won't receive a rebate if I go through with it or it has to be cancelled.
