Winfield Crossing is always a wonderful place when I visit! The staff is friendly and seem to really care about the residents that live there with them. Always a great team to work with also!

I wouldn’t consider moving my loved one there. Especially because there is mold in the building that has been there for years & many people have died from that. The management is not so good what so ever! They only care about moving someone in for the money. It’s assistant living & they are moving people in knowing we can’t give them the care they need. These people are suffering & it’s not okay! I do not recommend this place what so ever!
My mom has lived here since January 2024. Although she enjoys being around her friends and the familiarity of the community, there are a couple of major issues which she has tried to get worked out with no results. For one thing, the food is terrible, and she isn’t the only one who says that. Bologna salad? Mixed fruit has been described on the daily menu but it has consisted of red and green grapes. 🧐 A BLT sandwich consisting of bad lettuce and a half strip of bacon? And running out of orange juice in the morning? The spa... read more
