Don’t bother. They obviously have more business than they can handle. I was looking for full service accounting for personal and small business which they claim to offer. I have left voice messages and also reached out twice through their portal. I have only gotten automated e-mail responses that someone will get back to me soon. Then, nothing. Given the other poor reviews I have now read, it appears that someone must have been looking out for my best interest by not calling me back.
Wealth management?! More like capital incinerator.
I was misinformed by their staff, claiming my identity stolen and they couldnt e-file my taxes due to this problem. Turns out the irs said this to be false and the errors were duplicate errors sent by brownlees staff. They tried to force me to pay several more grand after id paid them several grand to file my taxes. It wasnt until i filed a complaint with the bbb that they were finally forced to file my taxes like we agreed upon. Terrible staff, terrible company best to avoid.
Outstanding service!
This has been the worst experience I've had with CPA's. I call to talk about something important and never get a return phone call. They postponed payment to the IRS for so long it cost me additional penalties. They lost my check that I had made out to the IRS and it never arrived and I was charged late fees by the IRS. That was finally negotiated with the IRS, my bank and a lot of time to get this fixed. They didn't help. Not good.
