Would not recommend John to anyone. He failed to do his job as a attorney and read title policy and inform me of a 1/3 acre pipeline easement that runs through the property my wife and I were purchasing. We didn't find out till closing. When asked what could be done about this. His response was "sign the paperwork or lose your $5,000 earnest money.
