Wyckoff Cycle went above and beyond helping me put back together and tune my 80’s BMX survivor bike!! After having it powder coated and getting advice to go to Wyckoff Cycle- I could not he happier- Mike used his expertise and vast BMX knowledge and got my 36 year old bike to ride like it was meant to back in 1989- no upselling- great pricing and 100% trustworthy- if you go anywhere else you’re making a big mistake- they have a customer for life- thank You again!!!!! What a nasty experience i had at this place, came in for a fork diagnosis and they told me my air was contaminated. Then i brought a bike in and they simply told me they would not work on it. don't go here bring you bike to Pedal Sports.
Once again these guys hit it out of the park. No up selling , no unnecessary work- just honest repairs at fair pricing. Always pleasantly surprised at the cost when picking up my bike. Mike and and his crew are the best!
Mike helped my daughters get new helmets. Took the time to help get them fitted and ensure they were both comfortable. Great customer service.
I've been to Wyckoff Cycle numerous times and I never feel rushed when asking questions, they're very knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently brought my bike in because my derailleur broke. I talked with Mike and he was great and was able to have my bike fixed the same day. Since it was an older bike, they had to replace some other parts and my bike runs better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend them.
