I have an old Cannondale Caad 9. 2008 with some newer 2010 parts. It's all high end Dura Ace but it's old now and 10 speed mechanical is NLA. 27k miles on it, not allot but it's old. Creaky. It's been looked at by a shop before and they could not find where the noise was coming from. Years go by and I bring it to you. Your tech John is amazing. It's never ridden that good. Ever. Even when I first built it. It's perfect. No noise. Rides crisp and tight. Shifts perfect.Thanks again!!!
Brought my gravel bike into Wyckoff Cycle at 5:15pm yesterday for some brake work (hydraulic brake bleed, adjustment and new pads). John and the other mechanics were super helpful and incredibly considerate of my time: they had the job done (with bike road tested) by 6:00pm much to my pleasant surprise. Thank you Wyckoff Cycle for being so accommodating!!
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The owner was kind, honest, and super helpful. He fixed a scooter tire for basically free and repaired three bikes that had been sitting out in the snow—quickly and at a very fair price. You don’t come across service like this often anymore. So grateful I found this place.
This place was great and has friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in for a drop bar conversion on my hybrid. It started out as simple job, but then got slightly more complex, but in the end it all worked out and I'm very happy with the work that was done. I appreciated the patience for helping me understand all the options I had. The pricing in my opinion was more than fair, and felt extremely happy with the service provided. Will be sure to return for any of my biking needs in the future.
