Thank you Wyckoff Cycle. I rented an ebike for three days in May while visiting from Australia. A brand new Giant was ready and waiting for me, Mike ensured everything was ready to go. Communication from overseas beforehand was excellent. My experience was top notch. Thank you again.
This shop is awesome! I went in with a blown tube in my rear tire. They changed my tube and trued up the wheel. All while I was waiting. They were very nice and very professional.
Yikes! I was going to drop my bike off, however after reading the reviews, the owner sounds dismissive on how he handles issues. Thanks, but no thanks.
Never tried to over sell. The staff was extremely informative. Easy process.
