Very disappointed. The communication was extremely lacking and when there was communication, it was one sided and disrespectful towards us. The final straw was an extremely unprofessional and rude email sent to my wife. Would highly recommend to look elsewhere if you want to feel helped and respected.

I've owned five homes over the years. I've also refinanced many times, either to access equity, lower payments, or to get rid of PMI. Just two words, roller coaster. We are business owners with less than two years in business. We found our dream home and thought we would not be able to purchase the home under the circumstances.
