He is never in the office. He wrote my prescription wrong. And the people working for him do not know when he’s going to be in the office. They changed the date each time I call. It’s October 21 and I’ve been trying to get glasses since September 17. The receptionist were not helpful and did not offer a solution
Arrived 20 mins early to fill out paper work and waited 45 mins PAST my appt time before leaving. Never made it past the waiting area. The receptionist was nice but it's my only positive experience with this office.

My honest and overall New Patient experience: Yesterday, I called and asked about insurance, which they are in network with and I was able to get an appointment today! When I arrived I noticed the reception area was really hollow and quiet and I could hear everything everyone said and that alarmed me a little due to people giving their personal information.
