Simon and Barbara were both a pleasure to work with and made planning our grand exit a breeze! We loved browsing their selection of classic cars and the London cab we drove to the hotel in was immaculate and Simon was a pleasure to chat with.
I give 1 star because I can't do 0. they are so racist!! I called for asistent to rent a ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER CLOUD CONVERTIBLE and she just said I don't understand you. I told her I speaks very good and she said no call with someone that speaks English I don't understand you. it is not the first time that I speak with someone by the phone on English, everyone that I called understand very well my English that is not American accent but its English! I went with this company for our wedding because of the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not the best. Unsure if our driver was new or not, but it caused our ceremony to start 10 minutes late which was the main stressor to our day as it was a church ceremony with strict times. Booked one of their Rolls Royce for our wedding 10 months in advance. Gave them the final destination 3 months in advance and they told me it was double booked and we would have to choose something different or cancel, showed zero remorse. I wouldn’t take no for an answer so Barbara somehow “figured it out”.
