Pamela (PK) Fields was the most knowledgeable representative I have encountered with all my searches for care homes for my Mother. She went above and beyond putting me in contact with the right people to help assist us in this very trying time and eased our worries. PK also told me I could reach out to her with any questions even if we didn't use one of her recommendations. Even if your parent or grandparent has no money at all, they can still get placed in a beautiful home! My family suffered for years with the belief that because our grandmother had no money or assets she could not enjoy a retirement home (grandpa was a copper miner and they lived into their 90's so grandma struggled to survive). You have no idea how valuable this service is. ElderSense helped my mother find a beautiful group home for my grandmother. My 94 year old grandmother had significant decline in her physical and cognitive abilities, and the assisted living facility could no longer provide the level of care needed. She was not ready for a nursing home, nor did we want this for her. ElderSense came through. I home is elegant, like I remember my grandmother's home being when she was younger. I love the way this website is laid out! Sooo easy to use and to find the information I needed without having to wait to get it in my email! It was very user friendly and all right there on the site - no games and I loved it! As a result, I quickly put in my information and received very quick responses as to the next steps of contact.
