Just got off the phone with them who attempted to discourage me from what I want to do citing inaccurate information. The state won't do this unless xyz, when I knew that wasn't the case as it has happened in my family before. Then said he is the only person in the entire firm "a single attorney firm", which I highly doubt. Anyway, if they don't agree with your case, expect to be lied to or discouraged.
