We hired Capital sound for our Gala and I can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Their magic mirror and Photo Booth were a major hit! Great to work with.
Antonio was amazing. Super nice guy and so helpful. I bought some banana plugs for my speaker cables and while he made virtually no profit from my small purchase he spent a lot of his own free time to make sure my system was correctly set up. I heartily recommend Capital Sound for your next purchase.
Does this place actually exist? I have received no updates on my order in 3 weeks now, no one is picking the phone pr answering my emails. I definitely not recommend
I placed an order on February 7th. The order confirmation stated I would receive my item in three to five days. Week after week passed. I sent four emails to Antonio, spoke with him once (he couldn't provide order details but promised to call me back), and left three voicemails. He vanished and didn't return any emails or calls. They are working on an issue with Apple Pay charging the price in US dollars. It seems they are working on a new website soon to be released. Antonio reached out to me very promptly to discuss about it with great attitude and enthusiasm. Very nice guy who seems to care. 4 stars because at this moment, their online shopping experience needs love!
