My friend brought her taxes to these guys clear back in MARCH!!! It's now SEPTEMBER and they haven't had the decency to sit down and just sign them so they can be sent in!!!! They changed hands when someone left, but seriously what kind of tax professional can't do personal household taxes in less than 5 months????
