I asked for diagnostics only and made it clear that no repairs should be done without my approval. Unfortunately, the shop proceeded with repairs without contacting me. I was also charged $595 in after-hours fees shortly after 5 PM, which was not discussed in advance. Communication and transparency need serious improvement.
Amazing company! charging $684.50 for a belt that costs $45 and is 15minutes of labor.. They will say its after hours work!

Very disappointed with the service at this Carrier dealership. Our reefer trailer was loaded and showing alarm code A00041, so we came in asking for help and for someone to inspect the unit. Before even properly checking the trailer, the person there immediately told the driver that the problem was the injection pump without doing any inspection.
