Excellent service
Very pleased with their service. It took them 55 minutes from start to finish to put me back on the road. My alternator went bad but this CT power location took care of it in no time.
I told the tech. The code that was appearing on the reefer. He didn't want to listen to me. They run their diagnostics, tells me the cost to fix the reefer is damn near 5000. How ridiculous. I bought the part and fixed it myself under 600 dollars. DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF. They did have professional service, I'll give them that.
Called the day before I arrived with a non functioning APU was assured if I arrived early they could look at it the next day. Arrived shortly after opening the next morning. The guy said I'd have to leave the truck with them for 'several days' to even have it looked at. Maybe I just got the wrong guy on the wrong day, maybe it was because of the rain... Won't bother stopping by this location again
This shop was amazing and professional definitely will recommend and if I am in the area again come back to get all work on my APU. The mechanics are top notch and great to deal with. I appreciate them. They get to work on my truck so quick and so early in the morning. Much appreciated. There whole staff was fantastic.
