I've been a member for a while. I have lost 50 pounds and can have any food I want while staying on my plan. WW is the #1 Weight Loss Plan and that is not only because it is based on science, but the In-Person Workshops are key. This location has wonderful, caring staff and the members are like good friends.
I list 35 lbs on weight watchers some yesrs ago...I returned several times for the point plus program but had no success with that..I HEAR ITS NOW A NEW PROGRAM AND WOULD LUKE TO TRY AGAIN
