Do not use this hospital for your labs or anything they will send you to collections years later without having sent you a bill or even telling you that you had a balance if you’ve recently been in. There financial department should get some financial counseling and some training on better business practices.
I came to the ER at 2:30 after work and it’s currently 6:14 and I’ve yet to be seen and treated. I still have the paperwork that nobody has came to pick up. More and more people pile in as the hour goes and nobody is being seen. I feel as this is extremely unprofessional!! And inconsiderate.
