Best hospital in Humboldt County!
Ive been to the orthopedist Dr.kim 3 times now, completely unhelpful. I think he's too busy to give proper care to each of his patients. Talked over me and offered no answers or guidance when I had questions. Sent me off to get lab work that I had already done.Amazing front desk personnel,very sweet people there. Nurse practitioner Nicks was amazing and very helpful. Although the lady who answers her phone is super passive aggressive anddismissive which are very unhelpful traits in this profession.Go somewhere else if you ca... read more
The "doctors" here are untrained. Literally had one admit they hadn't reviewed enough to know what they were doing. Do not go here unless you want botched surgeries and uneducated diagnoses. Save yourself possibly months of pain and money and drive to the bay/elsewhere for genuine care.
If I could give this “hospital” 0 stars I would. My lord, I don’t know how this place is still open and why people are still coming here. My 9 year old son came in by AMBULANCE today because of severe eye issues. We waited in the emergency area entrance for about 20-30 minutes before I started asking if he was going to be seen. NO ONE had answers and no one wanted to help, all they wanted to do was have me sign paperwork.
