This is for the clinic side responsible for prescribing Zepbound! This company has utterly failed and in my opinion is significantly mismanaged. They knew the CVS Caremark decision on Zepbound was coming, and yet the company did nothing to get out in front of it! The second I asked for a call from leadership and contacted the BBB for their lack of response, and accountability, they dropped me from my plan.
