I will be canceling this membership though I have achieved goals I wanted to so far. Meetings are poorly organized, noisy, lots of distractions. Many recipes are good and tracking system good. But there is also lots of promotion of highly processed foods and fast food restaurants which I don't think should be as big a part of this process.
