The workshop was good. Lots of good tips from staff and other members. I love the Carmel chocolate bars.
As a coach and a guide for many of the workshops in Vero I can attest that it is a wonderful group for supporting those who want to get and stay healthy and fit. Friendly and honest people.
Location is very convenient and the accountability of weighing in has helped me stay on track. The support of everyone is very motivational and the laughter is just the best way to continue on.
