The girls are fabulous at Weight Watchers not only do you lose weight cuz they teach you how to eat I've lost a hundred pounds I was at 400 when I started but they give you recipes and stuff it's just a wonderful program it's not a diet it's a way of living
I'm going to the meetings every week. They are very encouraging. Tracking my points every day. Being careful about what, when, & how much I eat all of the time. AND I'm losing weight.
Excellent staff. Very motivating. Get there early, the lines can be long to weigh in. WW is the best program out there.
