Wouldn’t ever trust their online community, I hope I don’t get charged another month after false advertising and no refunds.
This has been a very disappointing experience for me. I have been a lifetime member here since 2001. For years I felt this staff to be friendly, supportive, and member oriented. However, In recent years , the quality of staff - provided services has declined and I am rethinking my continued membership. On today's date I dialed the 800 number for a meeting schedule at the Modesto McHenry location.
