Absolutely horrible!!! The Saturday team leader harassed and humiliated my elderly mother in front of the whole group. My mother has been in weight watchers for years and recently hit her goal and made lifetime. We moved last year so we are new to the area and this is the first time that she's ever had a team leader behave this way.
