I have been an Hilton Honors member for 20 years and like normal I booked through my profile. I selected pet friendly hotel and booked my room. We have been here for 3 days and the service was not friendly but satisfactory. However, it has become horrific. The front desk is either vacant or so rude you wouldn’t have your worst enemy stay here.
