I just started Weight Wathchers before the Christmas holiday (2016) and have lost 20 lbs to date. I love Ruth, our Saturday morning teacher and her assistants.. Her comments are totally relevant and so helpful. She brings lots of life time experience into her comments and allows others to share as well She has so much practical ideas to help people work the WW program in any situation. I firmly believe that going to the meetings help sustain me through the week. This is a great program and it's definitely doable!!!!.
