Convenient place to learn WW's excellent help in mabaging your weight, activity, and heakth. See their websute for class times. Classes are 30 minutes only. Excellent teachers (really, leaders). Members artending are also helpful. A Friday 9:30 class with Kelly was nearly full and quite helpful. Free for any first timers. Stop by and check them out.
First meeting - I left in tears. It was a guest leader and she completely humiliated me ... with the intent of being funny. It was not funny. Second meeting - was better with the regular leader. My recommendation to this facility is NOT to "out" the newest person in the class and belittle them. Just welcome us for being there and CERTAINLY do not put us on the spot to SPEAK. Not everyone is outgoing and gregarious. Some are introverts and rather shy...at least until they get to know a place and people. Just food for consider... read more
