I work with both Wuu Jau and Neptune Trading to order all the products I need. My sales rep April works with both companies to check inventory and make sure I am getting the best deals. I sometimes order from Neptune when Wuu Jau is out of stock and visa-versa. And I love that I can do this all through one sales rep. It makes me feel like I am important to the company and that they value me as a customer. I've done business with this company for at least 10 years and I've never had a problem with ordering or with returns. If you treat and talk with them respect and like human beings YOU will never have problems. Treat everyone like you want to be treated then there's no problem.
