Have had many a great roast pork in the past... But last night's was appalling pork was over cooked & burnt on the bottom... The gravy was thick & lumpy not usable... So we had Potatoes, corn. & peas for 4!!! Gave them a call at 9am to tell them... Attitude was no one else has complained!! Maybe I was the early worm!!! Won't be returning!! Bad experience not dealt with by IGA Wurtulla!! 👎
Roast pork meals were priced reasonable. The square chunks of pork were generous but unfortunately they were uneatable. Hard & dry enough they couldn’t be cut let alone chewed. Small amount of veg was nice. No gravy. The hotbox is a mess of dried out over cooked food. The crumbed sausages broke out sideways of the crumbs & were shrivelled, full price was asked yet they shouldn’t be allowed to even sell them. The store has an excellent variety of many things.
Every time I visit this shop, the staff are exceptional! Great service and full of personality - well done guys! Plus the product range and pricing are very competitive. Can't go wrong!
