After I purchased a iga gift card and used half of it for groceries yesterday and I went to use the other half today only to be told by the old lady behind the counter that they don't except them there. I then proceeded to explain that the teenager on the counter yesterday had no issues and maybe could they could find another staff member that knew how to do that part of the job and my response from I'm guessing the manager was..( Don't come back your banned.. ) what a joke her customer skills were appalling.. not to mention... read more
