This was my second and last time of buying wood here. First time the wood was paid for and I showed up at 8 am to pick up. The person that actually knew where the wood was didn't show up till after 10. That was a bit annoying. The worst part was no.appology for me waiting around for 2 hours. Nick Prendergast took the time to answer my questions and even went out to the warehouse to bring me some plywood so I could see it! Very professional and customer friendly experience. The driver even took the time to call me 30 minutes to let me know my delivery was coming. Very happy with pricing, and the customer service!

Very unprofessional and careless staff. Not only their sales person doesn't care because he's the only one so he will get commission on everything anyways, but the older lady at the desk doesn't know what she's doing. After I drove down over an hr to place an order because they are useless over the phone. They ended up messing up my address. For Truck Drivers Only 1. The dock is Bit tight , but you can do the back up, for( 53 feet) 2.Staffs are friendly , super friendly 3. Over night parking avilable at front side of the building .. ( Note plz) 4. Washroom facility, avilable ,but take permission . 5. Unloading done very fast, Mr Edgard so nice ( Staff)
