I would like to see the name of this place updated to WurthLESS wood group. You can't count on the phone being answered, you can't count on the correct material being delivered, you can't count on picking up you own material in a timely manner. However you can count on a new BS policy "that's going to fix the issues you had last time." They have a few knowledgeable people in inside sales but they're in high demand and the others don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
