We had a poor experience with this firm during a TN renewal. A key detail was missing from the support letter, causing unnecessary travel and costs. When raised, the firm denied any responsibility. We’ve since consulted another attorney who confirmed it was a clear oversight. We won’t be using their services again.
Don't use this law firm for immigration, Because of their mistake my immigration costed me additional 7 years + i had to do a job switch. They did not guide me/employer and posted the job advertisement incorrectly, this resulted into labor petition rejection after 2.5 years in audit. They took the top dollar to file this petition and failed. They were not even sorry about it and said it was DOL's decision. Hilde Holland was the lawyer.
