I used to be a client here and every time I went, I would be scheduled with Judd at the Williamsburg location. The most recent time I went was in April and they assigned me someone different which was no problem at all to me. Despite clearly communicating my needs in advance, the practitioner ignored my requests and focused entirely only on my spine, leaving my entire back sore and in significant discomfort immediately afterward.
