Not gonna lie had the worst experience trying to book at this location with class pass about a week ago. :( sad because i was really excited to go! my appointment was canceled twice through class pass because the times listed turned out not to be available , the first girl who answered the phone and tried to help seem very nice and helpful trying to get me rebooked to 5:30, when the attempt didn’t work a girl with a naisly voice answered my second call and was actually quite rude claiming nothing was wrong with class pass an... read more
I want to give a huge shoutout to WTHN Williamsburg and especially the amazing Katherine! I’m 31 and am just now finding I have moderate scoliosis after a few sessions together. Katherine is now an integral part of my healing journey as I finally get some chronic pain relief. Only regret is not coming here sooner!
Stephanie, H, WanLin, Danielle, and Tania are all top notch ! As a member, I’ve been to several of the healers and these healers feel as if they have some Harry Potter level wizardry going on with how amazing you’ll feel after a treatment! I do not get this place at all. I went twice, the 2nd time buying a 3-pack. I was headed into hip surgery and just trying to get some relief prior. I only used one visit, and it was rushed, and my acupuncturist left to tend to someone else in the middle of putting needles in, which has never happened to me in decades of acupuncture. Apparently, they have to tend to multiple clients at once and cannot spend more than 15 minutes with each.
