Acupuncture with Gabby Robles De la Cruz was seriously a serene experience. I am very afraid of needles and her technique was so precise I didn’t feel a thing. Gabby helped me with some hormonal issues and overall pain that I have been experiencing. She’s very in-tune with my experience and truly aiding me in my healing process. I felt at ease and relaxed when working with her.
Disappointed to say that after coming here nearly 20 times this year, I will no longer be a regular here. The two women at the front desk tonight were shockingly rude. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not alone—nearly every complaint is about the front desk. This feels like a startup chasing volume at the expense of patient care. I’d strongly recommend finding a local provider who actually values their patients.
This was my first time coming here and the layout is so beautiful! The front hosts were very attentive to my needs and gave such a pleasant vibe while I was waiting for my appointment. I had Donjeta as my acupuncturist and she was super calming, informative, very sweet and gave a real layout of where your body is at and how to tackle it. I would totally recommend her to be your acupuncturist if you want to have a comfortable experience getting an acupuncture!
Donjeta was amazing! It was my first time and she took the time to explain everything to me. Definitely recommend especially if its your first time!
It was my very first time getting acupuncture and it was a huge success. While I don’t have a fear of needles I was a bit nervous about how it would feel. Jane put me at ease and walked me through the process and the benefits. When she compared the needles to cat whiskers I was instantly relaxed.
