I called three times and emailed ahead to let them know I was running 10 minutes behind. Despite that, they switched me from the provider I’ve seen 10 times without any consideration for continuity of care. When I expressed frustration at the front desk, I was met with an attitude. While I do like the acupuncturist I typically see the space isn’t exactly calming with very thin open walls and lots of noise.
Damian has an incredible bedside manner and a complex understanding of the muscular-skeleton system. I had him for my first acupuncture appointment at WTHN. He did a very thorough assessment of my ailments and created a custom treatment program to suit my personal needs. Even though acupuncture typically takes a few sessions to make an impact I left feeling better than when I came in. I’d definitely book him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for pain relief!
My first experience with WTHN was positive. My acupuncturist, Morgan, was informative, professional, and attentive to my concerns. The space was spacious, the front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.
I love this place for acupuncture. The team are so kind and welcoming. The aesthetic of the space is very calming. I especially always love my treatment with Gabby. She is always so wonderfully kind and professional and her treatments are exemplary. This is why I have been coming back for so many years
I had my first session with Dora and it was a great experience. I really enjoyed it. Dora took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and understand how everything works. I’m very happy with the session and would definitely recommend her.
