Truck and driver were fully insured. Our insurance agent does not operate on weekends, so an updated COI could not be provided immediately. Leaving a negative review simply because you did not receive a COI over the weekend is unfair. The load was delivered safely and on time. Would not work with again
Top notch for sure, correct equipment, friendly and went out of their way to get the job done. Absolutely recommend!! Already discussed the next job i will be having them do.
They Would Not Take Responsibility for Property Damage. We contracted with them to move a container on our lot. The truck hit our electrical post when backing off. We called for an electrician company came and check the damages, which estimated to be several thousands cost of repair. They did not say sorry at all but just bad attitude trying to shirk away any responsibility. They would only pay $200 comparing with several thousands dollar cost of damages.
We have used this service twice in transporting vehicles from WA state to Georgia. These folks are awesome and reliable. We have received excellent service and communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
