Andy was available to give advice after I had had a good look around .No pressure, you can take as much time making your decision as needed. He came up with many options for me to choose from. The furniture has just been delivered and I am very pleased. A lovely family firm, with great customer service.
We first went to Nettletons 9 years ago and bought a suite and received excellent customer service. Visited recently to browse and got to say the customer service is still excellent and ended up buying from them again. A special thank you to Symone Nevins who went to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied.
We visited Nettletons for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We certainly were not disappointed. We were served by Symone, who from the onset introduced herself then left us alone to look. She was there when we needed information and advice and guided us through our first purchase from this shop. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not pressured. Can highly recommend Nettletons furniture store of Horbury. The showroom is light and spacious with a huge selection of products. We were able to purchase a new living room suite with the expert help of Simone who guided us through the process . Thanks.
Exceptional customer service by Symone. We had plenty of time to look around and nothing was too much trouble. We found sofas we liked and we were able to choose a different fabric. Top class.
