First time visiting this store , will not be last. Excellent service. Symone was great abd very knowledgeable about all the sofa's and fabrics. All staff are very friendly and helpful. We have ordered a 3 piece suite, will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Excellent service - would we expect anything else! We have been buying furniture from here for many years. Customer service is excellent. Knowledgeable staff. Never pushy with sales. Answer any questons and help you choose something great. Andy was fantastic with a recent lounger sofa purchase.
Recently (August 2025) my wife& I visited Nettletons Horbury for some new furniture. This included a new settee, foot stool and a new mattress. We were dealt with most friendly and professionally by Symone Nevins. Having purchased a number of items over the years this lady has kept to the high standards that Nettletons adhere to.
Visited this store today 8th July and purchased a G Plan 2 seater sofa and a couple of chairs. The showroom was lovely and spacious inside spanning over two floors. You are spoilt for choice with all the different furniture they sell. I'm sure there is something for everyone here. Andy P was a great salesman and didn't put us under any kind of pressure to buy. He was very knowledgeable of the products and even managed to shave off some of the cost at the end which was very nice of him. There is a small carpark at the side... read more
