A family business The store was established in 1919 by brothers Walter and Tom Nettleton. After serving in the First World War, the brothers returned home and decided to set up in business, selling furniture to the local people. The brothers started making and selling individual suites, delivering them to the local people by hand cart and then later using a horse and cart. Excellent service - would we expect anything else! We have been buying furniture from here for many years. Customer service is excellent. Knowledgeable staff. Never pushy with sales. Answer any questons and help you choose something great. Andy was fantastic with a recent lounger sofa purchase.

We were very impressed with the shop and service provided by Symone when we ordered a sideboard and mirror despite her being rushed off her feet. The delivery wait was 9 weeks but they arrived after 2 - even better! A very pleasant experience.
