I have a mobility scooter that no one in Ontario seems to carry. I called to get a tire fixed (I had all the parts from the manufacturer, but was unable to do it myself). Hannah answered the phone and told me they would be glad to look at it, TODAY. I took it in and Luke took care of all I needed in the time it took me to grab a latte from Starbucks down the street! Purchased a wheelchair for my Father June 24, 2020….The brake handle broke and they repaired under warranty….Went to see him July 1st and same brake handle was broke again…Now 1 week over Warranty and they will not cover brake or Labour costs…It’s just a cheap plastic handle an they do not have anything heavy duty…He is in the home and does not use the breaks himself…Disappointed…
