This place is terrible in person and on the phone. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! They closed my partners account without telling him so when it was payday his money was never deposited!! Then he was told he had to make a new account which we did in person and it took over an hour. He was told there would be no more issues however the next week he did not receive his pay on time. Tried twice to call WSFS to report foreign travel. They now for some ridiculous reason will only receive such info 3 days before the travel. I leave on a Monday so that requires that I call on a Friday only. Also, I had to punch 8-10 buttons to get to a human being. Horrible customer service.
Staffs are very much helpful and approachable.
