Terrible Experience with Rude Staff I've had a consistently negative experience at this branch, primarily due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the employees. On my first visit to make a business deposit, an elderly woman at the counter was incredibly rude, treating me with open disdain. Holy crap, what a Saturday. I don't know that it's entirely the staff's fault, but I spent 15+ minutes waiting for a simple account deposit to get done because some dude didn't have his stuff together. That's 15+ minutes as the other car waiting at the teller. Not a good experience. I'm gonna consult with my local credit unions and see what kind of service I can get elsewhere.

Today 12/17 sitting in drive through fire last 8 minutes. Car in front has been there. Poor service.
