Holy crap, what a Saturday. I don't know that it's entirely the staff's fault, but I spent 15+ minutes waiting for a simple account deposit to get done because some dude didn't have his stuff together. That's 15+ minutes as the other car waiting at the teller. Not a good experience. I'm gonna consult with my local credit unions and see what kind of service I can get elsewhere.
RACIST, IGNORANT, SLOW, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND FILED A COMPLAINT
Today 12/17 sitting in drive through fire last 8 minutes. Car in front has been there. Poor service.
