AVOID AT ALL COST! Buyers and agents be warned. I have been a real estate agent since 2003 and I was just able to close a loan with wsfs, after a month long delay, because the loan officer failed to do his job. The loan officer was terrible, the mortgage manager couldn’t care less, and no emails or calls would get them to move faster. The loan officer, nick, dodged phone calls and text msgs and blamed everyone else for the delays. He blamed the buyers, the internal staff, and phfa for the delays. This bank is unbelievable. I have been trying to get the tiny balance of my fathers account for over a year and this bank would rather make interest on dead peoples money than give it to the rightful beneficiaries. I have furnished them with all the paperwork they could possibly need but they would rather I go and hire a lawyer that would cost more than is what is in the account. Is that how you make your money off of the interest of dead peoples accounts? WSFS you should be ashamed of yourself.
Stay away from them. They’re salesmen. Rude mean unprofessional and unresponsive. I’m sure they’d say everything negative about me too. Don’t get involved . Have been trying to get disentangled from them for years. Send your and your family’s money elsewhere.
The tellers are always positive and professional.
