Everyone is so nice n helpful.
They are losing customers of 27 years because customer service doesn't care about customers. I made a dispute for $1400 two days ago. I was told the money was only a hold so it will fall off automatically after 3 days. Today I found our they never put in an actual dispute and the money came out of my account. Really odd because the fraud department called me and told me it was declined. Obviously that was a lie. Now I'm being told it take up to 10 days from today to go back. Don't go with WSFS. Save yourself the trouble.
I had a horrible and quite honestly bizarre experience with an extremely unprofessional teller. She started with a "how are you today," but it was downhill from there despite my friendly demeanor. My existence clearly inconvenienced to her, as she was rude from the second I opened my mouth. I eventually commented that I was a bit surprised by the customer service experience, so she decided to yell something sarcastically to me in front of several customers and staff as I was leaving. Audrey is the rudest "manager" I have ever encountered! She literally yelled at me, in the middle of the bank. So inappropriate! Although the other employees seem nice, THEY DO NOT STAND FOR SERVICE!!!!!!! I wouldn't waste my time or energy with the Brandywine branch. Hopefully other locations are better than this. So very embarrassing to be treated the way I was. Honesty does not pay!
