I had a wonderful experience. Felix and Jax were awesome! I had to wait a little due to another customer, but I appreacited the kindness that was shown to that elderly person. WSFS is a great bank.
Amanda was very nice & quick & informative & extremely pleasant.
Bank is an absolute joke. I've cashed checks here many times even though I'm not a member. I go in with a $4,000 check and they tell me they won't cash it because I'm not a member there. They tried to leave out the fact that they didn't have the money. I had to talk to a manager to get the truth and she told me that the lady should have mentioned everything and told me to go to a different branch. That woman didn't say anything and if I never talked to the manager I would have not been able to cash the check and what have be... read more
