Have used them for about 8 years and as their have been hiccups. Nothing that didn't get resolved. Have had a business account with other banks, when questioned the fees, the manager printed out on paper that looked like we had a mortgage closing. WSFS doesn't have all the crazy fees other banks were charging me. Everyone at this branch have always been respectful. So not sure why all the bad reviews.
All of the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
