Never will come back to this location. I was trying to figure out a check that didn’t go through that I had already shredded. Of course it was just my luck because that is the only time I’ve ever done that in my life. I kid you not, the woman told me repeatedly 4+ times to not shred a check before it goes through. DUH, I’m not dumb, people make mistakes.
Staff is always pleasant & professional, I've personally enjoyed my interactions at this location. But I will add that the screen on the drive through ATM does need to be regularly.
Disappointed with WSFS Bank I had a terrible experience with WSFS Bank. I went in to open an account and was immediately denied, with the blame placed on “the system” they use to screen new applicants. After digging deeper, I found out it wasn’t some external system issue — it was their own internal policy that led to the denial.
