Disappointed with WSFS Bank I had a terrible experience with WSFS Bank. I went in to open an account and was immediately denied, with the blame placed on “the system” they use to screen new applicants. After digging deeper, I found out it wasn’t some external system issue — it was their own internal policy that led to the denial. Brittany is an awesome manager and I hope she goes far in her career. She expertly advised Kathy and James on two separate trips to handle our family’s business. Everyone at this branch is professional, friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Brittany’s expert guidance in sorting through a myriad of issues, outside of the immediate business at hand. Bravo to WSFS for selecting great staff members.
