Brittany is an awesome manager and I hope she goes far in her career. She expertly advised Kathy and James on two separate trips to handle our family’s business. Everyone at this branch is professional, friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Brittany’s expert guidance in sorting through a myriad of issues, outside of the immediate business at hand. Sad how color is still a factor. This past Saturday i pulled up to the Drive-thru first and got serviced second. Everything about the transaction was different. My service was different and it made feel extremely uncomfortable. No I didn't want you to have a full conversation with me but the greetings should have been on the same level and the service in itself should have been as well.
