Cashed my check when my bank would not.
Absolutely awful bank. Coming from someone that used to work at a credit union. Never in my life have I heard of a bank putting a hold on a payroll check. If you don’t have aggregate funds to cover, they won’t make it available right away. What a complete joke of a bank, closing my account tomorrow and getting out of this literal dumpster fire of a financial institution. Did I mention they’re an awful bank? I did?? Okay good just wanted to reiterate.

Very nice people very friendly excellent place to do business
The ladies at the counter all seem miserable. They made eye contact with me. It’s not the customers fault you don’t care for your job. I must add after standing at the counter for 3 minutes waiting for a teller, I was finally called up by this very flat toned young lady. What bothered me was next ... a white man didn’t even have a chance to stand in the line ... the older lady to the right immediately called him for service. Compeletely just turned me off from this location.
